The Nashville office is TWG’s headquarters servicing our account management and consulting clients. Wilko’s administrative functions and tactical planning occur in Nashville. Conveniently located just 2 hours from virtually every major retail headquarters location, TWG’s Nashville location allows the team to quickly and conveniently engage with our partners on a face to face basis.
Neil Kohler
Neil Kohler is the President and co-Founder of the Wilko Group. Neil is responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of the organization. Neil helped to establish, build-out & manage Wilko’s global sales and marketing team to support and drive explosive growth with emerging toy and sporting good companies. Neil’s expertise in “solution-oriented” selling combines the professionalism and “fact-based” account management found at larger companies with the innovation and freshness that emerging companies offer to the marketplace. Neil has successfully guided the sales efforts for many companies over the last 18 years, specializing at mass accounts like Target, Wal-Mart, Toys R Us, Dicks, and Costco.
Prior to founding Wilko, Neil was the head of Sales for Cranium, the independent board games company. Before that, Neil was a Sales Director at VTech in the Electronic Learning category. Neil also has several product development accomplishments, including the Funnoodle pool toy which has sold over 100 million units since introduction.
Neil started his professional career with Procter & Gamble after graduating from the University of Virginia in 1986.
Neil enjoys travel, golf, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Jaime Steger
Jaime Steger is a Senior Account Manager with The Wilko Group since July 2007. Jaime has managed significant elements of Cranium’s board game business and currently she specializes in bringing specialty toys and sporting goods to mass retail with a focus on major national retailers like Target, Kohls, and Wal-Mart.
Jaime joined The Wilko Group after a successful career at First Act – the musical instruments company - as their National Sales Director. At First Act, Jaime was responsible for managing Target, Kohl’s, Best Buy, Amazon.com, Fred Meyer and Costco as well as several international retail branches. Most notably, Jaime helped establish the current children’s musical instrument section at Target.
Jaime graduated from Miami University with a BA in Speech Communication with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in French. A self-proclaimed ‘undercover hippie’, she spends her free time outside with her dogs, practicing yoga and living a holistic lifestyle.
Geoff Wolanski
Geoff is responsible for managing the daily business for an important segment in the US marketplace. With primary account responsibility for Sears/Kmart, Walgreens, Meijer, Kohls, Shopko, CVS, Calendar Club, Amazon and Books-A-Million, Geoff oversees the fastest growing segment of Wilko’s business. Geoff brings nine years of retail account management to the Wilko Group. He has consistently demonstrated the sales savvy and leadership experience to execute significant volume-driving programs for his account base.
Josh Tyler
Josh manages the Anamalz North America business unit. Josh brings a wealth of knowledge and industry experience to the merchandising and specialty retail segment of Wilko’s business. As the Chief Zookeeper for the Anamalz brand in North America, Josh coordinates every aspect of revenue creation, marketing and distribution on this emerging specialty brand. Josh owns a specialty retail boutique, is an exercise enthusiast, design aficionado, and accomplished musician.
Vicky Zhang
Vicky recently completed her Masters Degree in Economics at Vanderbilt University. A native of Shanghai, Vicky is an integral member of Wilko’s Daye North America business unit. Vicky coordinates and manages this extensive project and is helping Wilko pioneer a new and exciting business model in the North American market.
Emily Dyer
Emily Dyer is a Tennessee native who joined The Wilko Group in August 2012. Emily earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Management from the University of Mississippi. Emily serves The Wilko Group by coordinating sales efforts between The Wilko Group and large account. She works closely with the sales team and retail partners/large accounts as the main point of contact for order facilitation and product management. Emily is embracing the toy & game business and has dubbed Thor as her favorite action hero. In her free time, Emily takes drum lessons spends time with her black lab Huntley.
Marissa Richardson
Marissa Richardson is the newest member to the Nashville team. She assists with the day to day operations of The Wilko Group. Her multiple years of accounting experience bring a unique perspective to the table.
In her free time, she enjoys running half marathons, watching movies with her husband and playing with her dogs..
